Seriously, though, I would personally encourage you to do so, if I was a moderator of the forum. I would think that it is either all flames or no flames. I always appreciate it when members care enough about the community to not further incite a situation and instead bring it to the attention of those who can most effectively resolve it.

The pub is always full of flames much worse than being called an idiot, which I wouldn't really call flaming anyway. Though being known as an OTD'er seems to warrant special treatment from pub mods.

We'll I'll do my best to keep them busy once I'm unbanned.

I'm sure I can find at least 50 posts a day to report and have them deal with. You may need a few extra pub mods over the next week or so.

I couldn't advocate excessive usage of the notify moderator function unless it is a legitamate concern or they express that such action would be welcome; I was not speaking for them, simply stating that, if it were my forum, I would encourage it, as consistency in application of the rules is something that is to be strived for. I've caught myself holding a subconscious bias before after the fact and I regret it, which is why input from members is crucial. :thumbup:

Don't worry, every notification will be valid and report real flames with swear words, I'll not be reporting trivial matters like using the word "idiot".

The pub is full of flaming these days so I'll be kept busy with legitimate reports.

I'm aiming for moderator consistency, just like you.
