Could you commit to making this one of your last doses before your contract? I'm of the opinion that that would help, 'cause you wouldn't wanna find yourself in Kuwait craving pills.

If not, fine, but that's what I'd suggest. Hang in there, either way.

This may seem an odd question, but does anyone know of a way to releive severe muscle pain in the lower back?

I've been told yoga would help, but I wouldn't even know where the hell to begin with that.

go to a doctor and get some painkillers (if its longterm and continual).

if its just a random pain in your back just move around until you reach the position that hurts the most and keep stretchin that out (thats what i always have to do when i hurt my back mountainbiking - not sure if its officially what you're supposed to do)

I could get a painkiller Rx for it I'm sure, but I'd rather not. I'm not insured at the moment so I've got to find my own way of treating it.

I'm supposed to go to physical therapy, but even WITH insurance that would not have been financially viable.

Scoliosis sucks... I didn't ask for this shit, I'm a healthy man... it just decided to sneak up and say "hey fucker, your back hurts! have fun with that"

how was the keller show?

i've still never seen him, although he played like 2 minutes from my house this past fall. :ohwell: never really listened to his music, either, except some streaming playlist of him covering dead songs; but i've been told by a lot of people that i should check him out
