LNC- im starting to feel much better.
    #6524106 -

i want this thread here since i post in the pub, please moderators dont move it.

i have come to a point in my life where i feel like i dont really want to "move forward".. im not happy with what i have accomplished or the person that i have become... i was hoping a career in the military might clear my head and maybe set me straight but IDK.

it seems like every night i MUST have some kind of pill or drug in order to elevate my mood to the next level.. to a point where i think i would just be happier if i moved on to another life...

i know better than to make this thread long, no1 will read it.. but yeah

just how im feeling at the moment

:cracks open a tall boy to help numb the pain:

arent you allready signed up on contract to go into the military?

suicide really aint a good idea, i mean if youre going to waste your life away, you might as well have fun doing it

"in times of widespread chaos and confusion, it has been the duty of more advanced human beings - artists, scientists, clowns, and philosophers - to create order. In such times as ours however, when there is too much order, too much m management, too much programming and control, it becomes the duty of superior men and women and women to fling their favorite monkey wrenches into the machinery. To relieve the repression of the human spirit, they must sow doubt and disruption"

You got some good qualities bud.

I think everyone has got regrets.  I haven't made one decision in life I'm happy about.  I can't sleep because I think about my regrets 24/7.  I never sleep(a serious insomniac), except for when I'm drunk.

For years I was subconsciously self-medicating with alcohol to "numb" and recently it's a conscious decision

I'm just sharing that with you to relate.

I've been where you are quite a few times, a feeling of not wanting to "move forward"/no motivation.

Think of it this way...what do you got to lose?  Once you feel you've hit bottom and don't feel like climbing up again, say this to yourself, "is it really going to hurt to take a chance doing _______?"

I say stick with your idea for military.  Will be an experience.  And if it doesn't work out, it's not gonna hurt you.  I think it will really help with the addiction though.  It'll be the old fashioned way...shitloads of exercise, good food and well, more exercise.

Then from there you can try something else new.  Eventually you'lll get your "groove" back.

shit son...life is rarely happy is you judge it on where you want to be and whatnot..not matter how simple that shit is you are always gonna have to fight a fucking brick wall for it.

Your young...Your a pretty cool kid(despite all the shit i've given you)...taking yourself out this early in life is just a real bad move man.

you got a lot of life to live,Amigo...Get through the tuff shit and be better off for it.

or...off your self right now and loose out on many years of awesome living life.

your call....and only yours...

That's what happens when your favorite NCAAB team is Marquette.
Nah for real though, I guess I kinda get what your saying. I guess the key is just to take that unhappiness with your person or your accomplishments and turn it into motivation. And yeah I know it's MUCH easier said than done, because I am one of the most unmotivated dudes I've ever met (can you really meet yourself?), and no matter what I try I just can't get motivated. Another thing is, is there anything wrong with not wanting to "move forward", if you don't want to just yet, then don't.

However, the opiate addiction is tough, I've never had to deal with one (mainly because I'm new to the drug scene, and even newer to my current drug scene and can't find shit), and have never had a friend deal with one, so I don't know what to tell you about that, but I'm sure there are people here who will have some good advice.

yeah my drug problem is like this.. ive done it soo much that i know that the happiness i feel from the drug is out there and obtainable just by dosing, and any time im not "high" i just feel like depressed, like knowing that I COULD be feeling better... its like the only time im happy is when im drugged up.

thats what it has come down to.

Hi how's it going, wanna kick Heroin basically painlessly on your own, in your own house, without any government "help" ,or the "help" of a crazy condescending, judgmental medical doctor? Read this:

The way I look at it, quitting now would be really depressing. You want to accomplish something great before you check out. Opiates will definitely create that sort of "I wanna die" feeling when you are not on them.

Don't do it man, you live in America so things could be a lot worse. I'd try to get off those opiates and see how things look then. Try a huge dose of shrooms or if you can find it, acid. That always clears my head.

that could very well work,haha...but A good Job and some pocket change can do wonders to your self esteem.

and you already got a chick and constant ass,so thats out of the equation.

a job....down the road a little apartment..little car...it actually feels real nice to live in sub-poverty when you've worked from nothing.

but...then again...you could trade a Gen-u-wine BC pine cone for your death?

But this is a B.C pinecone man....only coming from one area of the world.  It has the potential to be priceless.

I know that sealed the deal right?

Personally I think joining the military is a BAD idea.

Aside from that, we all have ups and downs banez, you just need to hit your stride again, rediscover the simple joys. You know what I mean? Exercise, meditate, read philosophy.... whatever you have to do to cope. Thinking about suicide wont solve any of your problems. And its a weak way out. Be strong.

At 25 I am happier then I have ever been in my life(maybe I was this happy at 10?  )  I found the years between 17 and 22 very hard at times. The older I get the better I deal with things.

Chin up bro.
Eyes open.

EDIT: and read the book in my sig  (everyone should)
