Water VS Pee Tests

I'm going through another cleaning cycle before I dose on Omni to pass my pee test tomorrw and I'm drinking a lot of water.  I drink a lot anyway but today I'm tackin' on a few more.  I recall reading somewhere here that water can actually hinder my results.  Is there truth to that?  I'm really trying to get my job back and even though Omni is "guaranteed", I'd like to do whatever I can to help my chances.  I also have a nice big bottle of Cranberry Juice to supplement it.  This is the last step toward a more permanent position at Best Buy, I'm excited :laugh:

if its a lab test i'd just take the detox pills/whatever
as long as you're clean for two days and within the weight requirements, i know nobody these things have done wrong. i had my doubts, but i took it after NOT abstaining for two days, or two hours for that matter.. and passed

they do work =\ drinking water/mass amounts of liquid can cause a dilute. while not a fail, its definitely not a pass

When my girlfriend was going through the process of becoming employed in a retail store, she drank more water than she should have before the test, and she had to wait another week to have orientation because the place had to send her test into a lab, due to the fact that the urine was so diluted in water.

Drink plenty but not too much. Great to hear that you are being hired on again. :thumbup: I go back to work tomorrow after a long vacation, and I'm back on days when I was on overnights for the last two months, so it is going to be like starting a new job again. :lol: I'm hoping everything has restored to normality since Christmas, and I can just go in and start like it was just another day, no special projects or anything. :grin:

I'm not talking on test day, I mean now.  Am I expelling any pollutants that I wouldn't normally be if I wasn't drinking a lot of water?  I mean the directions say to drink LOTS of water after taking the 4 pills and orange liquid, but I mean am I doing anything to help/hurt my detox today?  Last time I smoked was the other day, and I have 48 hrs from now to take the test.  I shouldn't be worried, I mean last time I must have had E in my system, which could have been cut with any number of things, plus some opiates (percs). 

w/e  thanks for the info, I'll try to leave a little color in my pee :wink:

Well, THC is fat soluable, so water is not going to really assist much, beyond the point of the preferential amount that your body needs anyways.

They say the best way to clear one's system is to exercise a lot, and perhaps a fruit juice fast or something, in order to burn off fat, and, subsequently, the THC. Of course, you do not want to be doing this a few days before your test - as the exercise burns of your fat with the THC, the THC is expelled, which means straight into the cup. :shocked:

Not sure what the best course of action right now would be for you, other than just taking your thing at the appropriate time. Make sure it isn't your first piss of the day. Other than that, good luck! :thumbup:

Yea I agree. It's totally my decision what I put into my body on my own time. I'm not living in constant fear though, this one's only circumstantial due to a fuckup of not transferring me out of seasonal and into part time. I won't have to worry about another one unless I got injured and needed to get workman's comp.

I took my test last week. I got told i was taking it at 2pm, found out tha morning. I drank 40 fl oz of Vitamin Water and got a 48ng, 300-400 is everyday. I had been smoking everyday for over 5 months and even smoked a fat bowl that morning =). If you stay clean for afew days before hand youl be fine.

I'm planning to roll a nice fatty to smoke on the way home from the test :laugh:  Shit, even a 3 day break lowers your tolerance a considerable amount.
