incubation time for Mazapatec

I read somewhere that Mazapatecs were slow at incubating. I've been incubating four almost quart jars (850ml) for 24h now. So, my quest. is. When should I expect to see the first signs of mycelium?

One week. Read the FAQ...its the same with Mazapatec's. Patience!
