I tried to dunk cakes in skim milk. I filled a large cup with milk, warmed it to just about room temp. I put my cake in and it floated. What can i do to make my cake stay at the bottom?

milk only made my friends cakes rot and stink....try water in the fridge for 24hrs....much-much better....how did you even get a cake colonised if you cant even figure out how to submerge a cake on your own...

Put it back in the jar fill with water , put lid on the jar. put jar in left hand walk to frig now with right hand pull on handle of frig now with the jar in your left hand place jar that has the cake and water on the shelf inside the frig remove your left hand from frig, now with your right hand shut the frig door now go and set in front of clock look where the big hand and the little hand are, now wait for the hands to be there two times (this is 24 hours.) Ok if you are still with me now get up of your dumb ass go back to the frig with your right hand pull on the handle open the door now with your left hand pick up the jar with the cake in, walk do not run to your sink open the jar pour the water out of the jar slowly do not let the cake fall out now with the jar in your left hand dump cake into your right hand, now take a paper towel and dab your cake off. If you need more help to fucken bad

you do not want to milk-dunk at room temperature, that guarantees contams.
milk-dunking should be done under refridgeration,
and should be follwed with a 5-10 minute bleach dipping using no more than 1 cc of bleach per 100 ml of water. adding 2 cc of white vinegar per cc of bleach will make the dipping solution even more effective.
this milk-dunking can be done with success,
i have 5 milk dunked cakes now going on 3rd flushes,
but you must follow directions to succede.
