Dunking - Soy milk vs. Skim milk

I was wondering if soy milk would work well for dunking? Ive heard hippie's tests show that skim milk beat distilled water with the resoning going that the milk provided nutrients. I looked in my fridge and soy milk seems to have more nutrients than milk. and it is low fat, would this work any better?

No experience, by my FOAF would go w/ the soy. Check the ph first, though.

haven't tried soy,
let us know how it goes, if you do.
be sure to refridgerate during the dunk,
and don't excede 12 hours under milk dunk.

Rice milk works well too. and it's what they're used to eating. you cant go wrong listening to hippie's advice on cakes though ;-]
