about 3 years ago my mothers Boyfriend had some weed and I was really desperate... So I went to pinch a little...and Karma got me..
the weed looked like dirt weed really shitty... so I packed a bowl and smoked it........ Worst time ever... I was freaking out.... totaly out of my head freaking out seeing things..... I felt like shit.... and freaked out.... PCP is what I concluded it to be... Never pinch weed and never smoke some elses dirt...

Weed is weed. Your fertilizers are not going to cause some small scale combustion when you smoke the buds.
If they are confused plants there are many reasons why the buds might snap crackle and pop. The fertilizer is not the cause and thats for sure. Do you really think some explosive element makes it into the plant leaves and buds? It doesnt............

Your weed exploding or sizzling while you smoke it has almost nothing to do with fertilizer...

SOme of the best growers use fertilizer(of some sort) with their outdoor weed grow. Most dont , but some do.


Sorry dude, you dont know shit about what your talking about. Youve never grown bud have you? We arent talking like lawn fertilizer, were talking nutrients. Especialy in hydro setups (indoor), bud is grown in ONLY fertilized water. That means the plants are FULL of fertilizer (the nutrients). The best outdoors will be full of nutrients too, but often not all the fertilizers (unless of course they use a mix as some growers do, start organic and add chemical fertilizers later in the plant life). ALL growers of good bud add fertilizer, be it organic or chemical.

It is critical, that prior to harvest, you stop giving the plant these fertilizers, and "flush" the plant. If you do not perform this critical step, you end up with a chemmy taste and bud that pops and crackles. This happens particularly with indoor hydro, which is what most commercial "kind bud, beaster" seedless bud is. Its often rushed and not flushed for as long as it should be, if at all.

Just like a seed being heated up that pops..cells of the plant are filled with chemicals that do cause small pops and crackles..if you do not get bud like that, you are getting bud that was well flushed, but I can assure you, that is what happens. You dont even need to grow to get an understanding of this, read a book on growing if you dont believe me.

For the guy that asked, flushing is where in the last few days, or the last week of harvest, you pour large amounts of water through the root system(in hydro you just run the tank with plain water) to "flush" out all of the nutrients/salts. Thats why you will see yellow leaves in some poorly trimmed weed. and nobody sprays the weed with windex, rather water to weigh it down, or make it less shaky, and when it sits in a bag, it rots and makes a ammonia smell, much like windex.

If its laced with crack, or coke you should physicaslly see peices of the dope on it(white, yellow), and a smell. If its pcp, it will [probably a darker colored weed, and have a strange smell to it.With coke/crack your mouth will numb, you will tatse cocain, and have a speedy up high(nothing like weed). If its pcp, you will halucinate, feel disassociated. If its laced with meth(unlikely) you might tatse a metallic taste, this being the hardest to tell if it was laced(ive smoked a laced blunt with ice on it, and dident notice untill I finished smoking, and was high as shit off the meth. generally your dealer wont sell you laced weed, and if your just gettin stoned, dont worry about it

Youd generally see something, and smell something...you would also generally taste something. If you dont see anything, smell anything, or taste anything VERY odd..you do not have to squint or sniff for like five minutes or think to yourself, was that a funny taste? You would know right off that it didnt look/smell/taste right.

Now if your passed a bowl or joint or blunt you could be tricked into smoking something laced, and thats more likly..but to get a bag...it would be impracticale to lace it and difficult for you to not see it.

I've NEVER heard of anyone selling pre-laced herb in regards to meth unless it was already rolled in a blunt, can't think how you'd really do it effectively otherwise. Buuuut...yeah you can lace pot with speed. Load a bowl, sprinkle some dope on it and vioala.

Far as how shit looks, pretty much like resin just said. Only thing I can add is shit dipped in embalming fluid is said to turn damn near black. Bad juju there. I've heard both that and pcp laced shit called "wet" so dunno which is which, but either way no ones gonna give you laced herb unless you ask, or they're toasted and give you the wrong shit. I've had that happen, but I chalked it up as a bonus. 8P

Thank  you Scat :smile:  you really should flush like the last 2- 3 weeks..i use water and molasses for the last 14 days..you want to get out all of the nutes out,so it burns smooth and nice and tastes good.....weed that hasnt been flushed properly will burn shitty and the ash will not burn grey, it looks dark and tatses like shit :thumbup:
just my two cents :stoned:  now its time to burn a fat jiont of some Blunder berry :tongue2:

and btw ,organics will make the buds taste way better than chemical crap :smirk:

ok here is one ...smoked 2/3 of a cigarette joint took reallyyyyy dip hits with (2) 200cc taquilla shots prior to smoking...was stoned for 3 days ...even on the 4th day still had impaired sound/music perseption and body movement was kinda slow.......i would really like to know what type of grass produces such long effect? ps there was no signs of it being laced or can alcohol with really good grass produce such lasting effect?

I'm pretty damn certain I've had laced weed, once my sophomore year HS.
Went out for a session during 3rd period photography, pretty standard. My buddy Eddy pulls out some strange looking, smelling and tasting bud, but that didn'traise any flags, lots of bud is like that. I think the first thing that registered was after we returned and I was in my next perioed algebra class when I started seeing stars, like if you get hit hard in the head, and then when I focused back on my teacher, auras radiating from his head and shoulders. Then it became a strange introverted hallucinatory sort of thing. The inner visual i really remember is these monkey-like creatures jumping up and down with these reeeaaaallly long arms. Their arms were 10x the length of their whole bodies and they were just screaming and raging. Then my friend's brother told me i looked like I just got out of bed and after the bell rang, I wasn't sure what to do for a minute.
I was high as a kite still at the end of the day in spanish when Amy, the girl my buddy Eddy bought the weed from turned to me and said, in her little weasellete voice, "Did you like that bud? It was laced." I was not the least bit surprised to hear it.

Resin: your sophmore year in highschool you were probabbly just realy high. I dont know of any chemicals you can smoke to give you hallucinations, other then pot(very mildly with a low tollerance) and PCP. If you smoked PCP and went to class you would know it, and probably the teacher too.

- As far as flushing. It is very important, i have been taught by veteran outdoor growers. I would imagine speeding up the cycle for indoors only seems practical for energy consumption, and using chems almost always equals a larger yield, making it more practical for indoor growers too. I am pretty sure a combination of this and poor curing is where the crackles are coming from. If they use chems and don't flush, and don't cure properly, or any combination..... you will probably hear thees pops.

- I have heard of people fertilizing their females, 5 days before harvest to increase yield, resulting in little seed embryos inside the swollen calyxes(sp?) Could this cause the popping. I have seen weed i suspect to be a victim to this stupid technique, it popped, and i remember it to be good.
