Thinking about a substrate mojo!!

I was going to work today and was thinking about trying to make my own compost type stuff. I want to try this with my next attempt at cultivating. I am planning on using 3 generic 22 gallon tubs for my terraniums w/ a hole cut in the lid for air exchange and light. I want to have 15 lbs of this mojo for each terranium. Im thinking about this for a mix:
30 lbs sheep manure 10 lbs straw (soaked, of course) 5 lbs pasturized potting soil Vermiculite (not as a casing, this won't have any casing layer)
This is just a thought I had so I haven't spent any money or effort on this yet. Does anyone think I will be able to pull this off??? If not, could you point me in the right direction?
Thanks in adavnce for your help.

Just use manure and straw. 75% straw and 25% manure. This has worked well.

Do you think I should chop up the hay into little bits or just leave it in whole strands?? Im not sure what kind of hay to use either, is any old hay good as long as it has been pastureized?? And where would I find Autoclave bags?? (Online?)

First of all. You need to make sure you get straw, not hay. Its called wheat straw.
Cutting them is better...but not necessary.
Pasturize the manure/straw in a pillow case in a big pot of water, for about an hour @ 170F. Let drain overnight.
Witht he quanities you ahve, use a laundry bag in a metal trashcan over a propane burner or something.
Remember, your not sterlizing, your pasturizing. Autoclavable bags are at sporeworks.com under cultivation tools i believe... :/
