When I fall asleep…

When I fall asleep in a dream, I wake up here.
When I fall asleep in this reality, I wake up there. (In a dream.)

When in a dream, I got the same position that I got when I wake up here…

When I fall asleep in a dream, I wake up in the exact same position that I had in the dream, …

And, when I wake up in the position I fell asleep in, I feel completely rested.

Anyone know what I am talking about?

about feeling completely rested, yes.

if i don't move at all, such as sleeping on the sofa, then when i wake up and continue not moving i feel very relaxed and alert and in a trance state, and if i keep dreaming and waking up and dreaming and waking up all in a row without moving, finally when i can't dream any longer my mind feels fully awake, whereas if i move around and just go back to sleep i will wake up groggy.

perhaps i should invest in a bed of nails, sleep on the floor, or sleep on the couch and avoid my bed?
