Case of stolen identity
    #6367910 -

So heres how it came to be.

A black male by the name of Sudi Williams was introduced to me by my brother at college. He needed a place to stay for two weeks and he would pay. I said sure, since im a trusting guy. Time went on and eventually he left.

Before thanksgiving Su came to me and asked if he could stay at my place over thanksgiving. We had become friends throughout the fall year. So I said yes.

Well Before I left for thanksgiving break.. I was in the shower while Su was watching TV. I got out of the shower and found my wallet laying ontop of my pants. no biggie, but then I looked inside. My credit cards were moved around. At the time I didnt think much of it. So i left for break and Su stayed at my place during that time.

Well I got back after break and my roomate told me a phone came for me. I asked him where it was. He said he through it on my bed. It was gone. So later I asked Su and he told me some shit story that I really had no idea what he was talking about. I knew something was up. Especially when I found my safe half bent open.

So since im wasnt currently registered for school that semester I took a trip back to my home town. My dad told me that the bank called to inform me that I may be a victim of fraud.

The next day I called the bank. Of course, Su was trying to take out 3 loans with me as the co-signer. I told them imediatly that it was not me who had co-signed. The loans were cancelled, thank God.

My roomate told me the phone that came to my house and was missing had been a verizon phone. I did some investigating by calling verizon. The fucker had bought a phone and phone plan in my name and was using it. I cancelled that and luckily didnt have to pay anything.

He had my social security card, credit card numbers, debit card numbers, and driver liscence number. I immediatle cancelled all and am now applying for a new social security number.

I called the police and the bank had enough evidence to bring him in for questioning. He brought in and jailed.

Today I found out... he confessed to stealing my roomates credit cards during the summer. With those cards he bought books and a hotel room. When he was at the hotel he stole credit cards from a lady. He also was kicked out of the dorm for stealing his roomates credit cards. Ontop of that he has a history of fraudulent behavior.

Now on tuesday myself and others will testify in court against him. Currently he is being help in a county jail with a bail no less than 50000 thousand dollars.

I hope that bitch is jailed for this shit. No mercy for thieves.

I hope after I get a new social security number this all goes away, but just incase I have activated credit security.

Next time, you should question why things happen to your credit cards when you were not the one doing anything with them.

Man, that does suck, hope you do get things back in order.
People like that need to be nailed to the side of a building, and have their skin, peeled off of them, alive.

These days I think everyone should check their credit report out every year. Here is a link to the FREE place to check, since this
became law a couple of years back, annualcreditreport

That sucks. Really gotta be iffy about trusting anyone these days it seems.

As rod said, make check your credit reports. Sometimes just disputing and clearing what happened with the bank and CCs is not enough and some bad marks will still make it on your credit report.

" If the sky were to suddenly open up there would be no law. There would be no rule. There would only be you and your memories... the choices you've made, and the people you've touched. If this world were to end there would only be you and him and no-one else. "

..............

"MAN! You know there aint no such thing as left over crack!"
