Spirits and the spiritual realm..

Before I was diagnosed Schizophrenic, on a large dose of mushrooms.. I came in contact with spirits, they were dark orbs, not of light and they communicated with me. Now all I know is that these spirits were directly connected to me eating mushrooms. I was climbing in a tree and they were making monkey noises as i tried communicating back to them they disapeared.

So somehow these mushrooms connected me with the spiritual realm. To me these were real entities, spirits...

Anyone else communicate with spirits during a mushroom trip?

You are aware certain mushrooms cause hallucinations, right?

I'm pretty sure that a schizophrenic taking magic mushrooms and seeing "spirts" that made monkey noises can be explained more reasonably. I'm no Columbo, but c'mon...

Tripping with a friend and a orb of light came and floated around us went about 10 feet above us and stopped there for 20 seconds or so, then flew away. We both saw it, there was no question it was an individual "hallucination"

I have also encountered an orb of light while tripping with a friend.  It made absolutely no noise as it floated about.  We also briefly observed two tall (about 7 feet) and slender, dark beings near the area the orb was in.  We both saw these things and to this day cannot rationally explain our experience. :confused:

Anyone else seen these orbs?

I prefer to call them "visuals," as "hallucination" denotes falsehood, which is a bit presumptive, IMHO. I think that psycedelics connect us to a part of our consciousness that we are normally not aware of. The mind is far from fully understood, and to suggest that just because we experience something on drugs that there is therefore nothing to it seems incredibly close-minded.

:thumbup: I fully agree, you simply can't rationalize this phenomena from the limited knowledge most of us have, yet they are still as real as anything else.

On a heavy trip who knows how to explain what you see or feel.

I've seen spirits, communicated with them, had them welcome me to their realm, shared minds with them. Once or twice i've thought I was Aboriginal, a few days ago I went 'walkabout' in my own head, getting totally lost in my mind in a place called the goolagongs. Hilarious at the time, but i've had enough of places like that.

My thoughts take form in my mind, I often see them as shapes floating towards me and if I entertain them they become a reality of some kind. Ultimately I think most of it is bullshit, just a way to visually explain what i'm feeling and thinking.
