I havent taken spore prints; cuz i havent picked them yet.. but i will if they are magic!

You need bbcode tags not html tags. Try using the shroomery uploader it will make things simpler.

I can tell you that none are active, but, nice variety there.

Im sure you find all sorts of mushrooms in your area.

wow man, idk why but this statement defenitely moved me, alot. i never quite took the time to ponder and realize mushrooms are really they're own kingdom. Like there are mammals, amphibians and repitles, and plants...but there are also fungus:shocked:, never really grasped the concept until now. it is very fascinating to think about now.

Well, it does get a little annoying in here when people are completely blinded for the desire for psychoactive mushrooms.

Just seems pretty immature to be only concerned about getting high, and only finding use of things if that get you high....

The problem too is that most people who want to find hallucinogenic mushrooms often disregard any sort of quest for knowledge beyond actives. Mushroom hunting is a dangerous hobby, which requires a lot of research.

I recognize a few in there vaguely, but there isn't really enough to give a complete guess. I'd still have to agree that none are active and I would say none are good edibles either. Some of them look soggy/rotten too.

Next time you should try to show all angles of each mushroom. Cap, stem, and gills. Please compile a description for each type of mushroom that you post an ID for in the future also.

I see some mushrooms that probably are mycenas (#2 and #12) and #8 looks a bit like sulphur tufts. None of those species is possible to ID from those photos and due to a complete lack of any description.

Ok, seeming you guys mentioned a bit of mushroom taxonomy earlier, and I don't know where else to put this request, here seems just fine (and if its not tell me which forum would be best, I'm still new at this).

Anyone know any good books that touch upon early fungi evolution? Is this topic totally mysterious? I know not much is known about early evolution period but in my Evolution class they focus so much on the interactions between pretty much all the other Kingdoms (not so much Archaea) except the fungi! I'm assuming not much is known because I bet its pretty hard to come across a fossilized fruiting body, or mycelium for that matter. But, still I'm just looking for someone to point me in the right direction, thanks in advance.
