Bruxism and Calcium Deposits Ideas (Updated)

Anyone got any tips? I know there is nothing concrete that can be done, but maybe someone else out there has figured something out.

Before is it asked, I grind sober and on stimulants (obviously worse on stims).

I found out a way to help, in case anyone pulls this up in a search. I think mine is caused by calcium deposits (diagnosed by a dentist). I was suspecting my wisdom teeth, but they'd been in for years....

Use moutwash (listerine generic, 1/4 price, same stuff) 3-4 times a day. Forcefully swish it between your teeth, cocnentrating on the painful areas.

It will slowly deteroriate the layers of built up calcium.

Drink distilled water. A lot of bottled water contains forms of calcium to "improve taste".
