Proabability of getting sued by the RIAA?

I just found a FTP site with a ton of good songs on it. Whats are the chances Id get caught and sued (if anyone has a reasonable idea)? Having such top rung music (all varieties) and being so blatantly obvious kinda makes it feel like a trap. Strangely enough Ive owned almost every CD available there at sometime in the past  :smile:

If I am not mistaken, the RIAA lawsuits are those that involve defendents that upload material, not download. Considering that FTP involves no uploading on your part, only the owner of the FTP server, you'll be fine.

if it is common music in the U.S, on major labels it is more probable than the stuff i listen to which is mostly euro metal
best way is a laptop and a free wi fi connection
