I think a little more action on your side might help things.

I've been in bed with woman like that.  They just need some assertive, confident action.  When I'm with a girl that likes it only one way, I'll start giving it like that, but after a bit just GRAB her by the hips, turn her over and slide it in.  After that, grab and motion her into another position.  If it's not obvious what you are doing(complicated position), while you trying to move her in position say, "Do this.  It'll be hot".(lol I don't know exactly what I'll say, but something along those lines).

I do feel bad for woman though. All the pressure being put on by media. I've been with women that I swear almost start shaking to be naked in front of someone.
