Bagging and prepping questions and concerns?

2 out of 5 jars are completly finished, in 4 days they will be ready for bagging and I have some questions. To start things off I am using the following Tek href='http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/5278987/an/0/page/0

I have the hpoo sitting in the freezer waiting, now should I shock the 2 jars on thru and get the poo ready for bagging on Fri? Since I only have 2 jars can I put the hpoo back in the freezer and wait for the others to catch up while one bag begins to grow? It looks like the others will catch up in about a week but need atleast 5 days for the center to colonize ( so atleast another 10 days ). Can I get away with 98% colinization with this method and prep all the jars? Should I wait for all the jars to complete even if there is pinning and then continue the Tek?

If I do infact open the hpoo bag can I just reseal it with tape and place it back in the freezer? Sorry if it's not clear but I can reiterate if you need me too?

Yes, you can remove what you need from the manure bag and return it to the freezer.

Wait for full colonization. Spawning a few pins into the manure doesn't hurt anything. They revert back to mycelium and help colonize the bulk.
