Maybe I will try that with one log, although p.c. cannot grow off logs right?
The others I want to experiment with this "myco bag" formula.

I have had great success in this, but not on flour. I had taken some mycelium from my logs with a wood chisel. Took those pieces and jared them in PCed grain. They produce mycelium at a lower temp then the cubensis. I've done this with Hericium Erinaceous(lions mane), Shitake, and pearl oysters. My Conifer Coral is another story. What species do you grow?

this is p.c. so maybe your tek will not work. It sounds like you have been using wood loving shrooms. What is grain?

That whole oats grain sounds good and cheap. I used to make my brown rice flour last by adding oats to it before. what is a good ratio for water to oat?
