hey, brown rice flower should be sold in any local Health Food Store (yes, you have one around you somewhere), better yet you can buy your own brown rice (whole grains) and use a coffie grinder to pound it down into a flour. Perlite is sold in gardining and hardware stores.

My buddy swears by his own homemade rice flour.

P.S. he says it seems to colinize faster also, he is not sure of this, but this is what his experience has been.
