Storage of Fresh Mushrooms

Will fresh keep in the fridge for two weeks (wrapped up nice and tight of course)

If they are touching each other while they are first starting
to dry, it can cause them to rot. If you pack a bunch in a
baggie in the frig, you'll probably come back to a big mess.
And the freezer is even worse (for different reasons).
Maybe honey would be the way to go. I really don't
know, I always dry them(if they last that long!)

Dry or use honey...they'll keep for years.

They'll last for a week at the most in the fridge.

You'll have to dry them or atleast partially dry them using a fan / dessicant tek.
