Leftovers Substrate Tek

Went to whip up a new batch and was out of birdseed and rice. Checked the fridge and found some food that was left in too long, but not really spoiled. Here is what I tried:

Vegetarian sushi: (white rice, seaweed and veggies)
Wild rice: should work fine, but way too expensive for regular use
Grapes: slighly moldy, cut in half
Salad: wilted and chopped fine

Will let you know what happens.
