Your IP isn't banned. Please open C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts in a text editor. Add the following line to the bottom and save:

69.28.174.162 www.shroomery.org

Does that help?

The fact that the site's working for most users means the problem's probably on your end. The suggestion I gave you above for editing your hosts file is in case your ISP's DNS server is having problems. Other than that, I'm not really sure... can you access http://www.limelightnetworks.com/ and browse around the page okay? (That's our host.)
