End of the Gulf Coast cube season?

When does the season for cubes along the Gulf Coast end? I've been told that I will probably get a few more good finds before the end of the month but lately the fields have been giving way to several other types of mushrooms. Earlier this season, there was mostly cubes out there with little or no other types. Can anyone tell me a definite end to the Gulf Coast season?

Shit we will find mushrooms all the way through February!
Then a month or two lag and swing back into the next season.
If the winters are fair with minimal freeze/frost days you can almost see them year round...

the gulf coast spans a lot of area. i live at the northern most point of the coast. around the pensacola area. it gets to be decently cold here in the winter. i understand that in texas and around central florida, they grow year round. does anyone know what to expect on the panhandle of florida?
