weird food allergy

I think I'm developing a weird food allergy. I did google it but found limited information and a lot of those bs health and hollistic medicine websites.

Anyways, this allergy pertains to produce. My mouth get incredibly itchy after certain fresh fruits and vegetables. It usually last for about a half hour before it disappears. Mainly annoying. The things that do this to me are apples, peaches, nectarines, cherries, apricots, some eggplant, jujubees(not sure if there's another name for it), and soy milk.

Here's the odd part, as long as they are processed, I can eat them no problem. The apples really boggle me. I can eat apple sauce, apple pie, drink apple juice and cider, hard cider, and the totally unpasteruized hard cider I made. Canned peaches, peach cobbler, maraschino cherries, cherry pie, tofu, edamama(boiled soy beans) I can eat without any problem at all. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, I'm gonna say it's something on the exterior of the fruit/veggie. Pesticide maybe or possibly even the waxes they put on the outside of fruits and veggies. I have to peel fruit before I eat it, especially apples. Eating apple skin invariably makes my gums itch like crazy.

The only thing that throws off this theory is the soy milk. I dunno about all that.

I thought jujubees were candy. Is there a fruit/veggie called this that I am unaware of?

Jujubees are, well I don't know how to describe, but its a tropical fruit from asia. As for eating fresh apples without the skin, I'll still get a reaction.
