Maybe that's because everyone else knows how to deal with it. If you think it's that crippling to be anxious, go see a shrink, they are wonderful to have when you feel like you cannot turn to anyone else in your life.

You write really well,but your honesty is ASTOUNDING!! Im of the opinion, if you wrote a book, it would cure all your of your ills.At the very least, you would make a shed load of cash :grin:

One thing that helped me (I used to torment myself with this crap) is doing something that requires no thought. Working outside or anything repetitive that is productive. When you're done you feel good about accomplishing a task and you're so tired you don't give a shit what anyone else thinks or what you think.

An Idle mind dreams up some fucked up shit. Keep your mind busy by keeping your body busy. Some meditate, but working and zoning out on it works for me.

i do not mean to knock posts, i really appreciate them. i apologize if it shows im not taking them to heart. its just that i dont think this is 'life' what i have. i think about this stuff at every freetime given moment.. i doubt thats what normal people do is analyze stuff endlessly whenever they arent occupied. and even when they are occupied i doubt it intrudes their thoughts so much where they get distracted.
i DO appreciate what people are saying. :smile: i simply wanted input from people who have 'been there' and what they had to ay. im not asking people to diagnose me or anything.
as for today, i woke up and at the time i made that post i was saying 'FUCK THAT ANXIETY" whenever it would come back. but throughout the day i didnt even have anxiety really.. i just felt like crap. i was really tired so i took a nap. now im awake and blah feeling.. not good or bad just blah. this is how it is all the time it seems. i never have any energy at all.

hah thanks. thats funny you say that... because in all honesty i dont feel like im showing honesty. i thought i was typing like a normal person.. and if it's astounding then obviously something in my perspective is askew. interesting

the other little part of me chimes in though and says the fact that its there in the first place is very disturbing.. its always like a black part in my mind. i feel like unless i dont KNOW what it is.. it will always be looming there, just covered a little. but actualyl fuck that idea im going to ignore that idea. thats just my stupid ego playing games. im going outside for a bike ride

well that was refreshing. i see that the part of me that 'says' what is in my last post is actually included in it.. sort of like a paradox. so the very part of me which argues causes itself. it kind of all went away at once.

I read your post . Anxiety , depression , racing thoughts , any manic episodes ? Times when you just can't slow down ?

If so you sound a lot like me . Bi-polar with a little BPD , Borderline Personality Disorder . It used to reek havoc with my life until I found the medication to help me out . I've been dealing with this for 17 years . I will get so manic that I don't sleep for days . I'll eat my xanax like candy and they don't even slow me down . It usually ends with me not sleeping til I start hallucinating. I wind up drugged out in a hospital until my meds can be adjusted , or a different one tried . Some of the meds loss their ability to help after a few years and I need to try slight variations of the ones I was on . I tend to build a tolerance to them every couple years or so .

I would recommend talking to a professional about this so you can get your life together :grin:

Meds only cover the stress and anxiety.

well one thing it is is money.. it was subconscious but now im screweed :frown: im gonna have to live outside cause i have no money for anything.. including my new shitty ass apt. meanwhile all my friends are picking what type of leather they want in their new lexus. im 21 in college.. and feel like i want to fucking drink myself into obvlivion. just 40 min ago i found out i owe around 800 total and tons of people owe me money. so much fucking stress i dont konw what to do.
