People say fear leads to all negative emotions, but how come anxiety usuallyleads to fear? No fear fuels that anxiety.

Why would you classify Anxiety as a negative emotion?

it's an umbrella term. Anxiety can be negative or positive. It can be excitement, or nervousness, or fear, or any combination thereof.

Yeah severe anxiety is not a good feeling.  What is this kanna stuff?  Herbal? 

I've found that the wobbly pops do seem to help for short term :wink: And your right, it's not a good road to start going down.  I find smoking bud aggitates it the most.  It's really weird though because a tiny amount of bud can send me over the edge, yet I can do a hit of lsd and experience almost the normal type of anxiety associated with tripping.

Anxiety, in the negative form, can be truly harmful mentally and physically. Not just the mind and heart suffer, some believe we create our own health problems through negativities we experience.
