If you give a glass of water, to one who is not thirsty…
And keep insisting on that the person should drink it, …

And then the person does, and thank you for the glass of water..

Then one day you meet the same person, and you ask that person to do you a favour, the person do not want to do it, but then you say, “I gave you a glass of water”, now at least you could help me!

What would you call that?

A bad example, but …

I just wonder.
