Jar colonize question?

My jars are about 90% done colonizing, there is just a little spot that still hasn't been colonized yet, but my question is, When the jars are completely white with mycelium (even the bottom) should I wait a couple more days for the middle of the substrate to be colonized or is it already finished colonizing the middle to? If I have to wait how long would ya'll suggest. It has been 1 week and 1 day exactly today that I first innaculated my jars.

No, they will keep colonizing the substrate during the invitro pin stage.
