Mycellium Clusters?
    #525633 - 01/19/02 01:51 PM (22 years, 2 months ago)

A casing was made a little over a week ago with straight verm, was covered and returned to incubate. The mycellium began to show through and the casing was placed in a terr. Since then, the mycellium is forming tumor looking masses on top of the casing layer...no contams or pins, just clumps of myc.- Is this a good sign or did the myc. grow through the casing layer too much before the pinning process was initiated? There is a limit to under standing from reading materials and i would really appreciate some experienced input
Also...if i may just add 1 small inquiry, another cake was birthed and had a yellowish tint throughout...Bad?Contam?
Cob web? If so, is it true that cob web can be eliminated using h2o2+h20?Thanks to all for the help

A pic would be nice if you can obtain one..

if you're growing the amazonians that originated from pf, then this is normal. His strain has mutated like shit. They form these compressed balls of mycelium (which you should let grow cuz they're just as good) and also fruit. The balls seem to grow before the fruit appear.
Yellow liquid against the side of jars from colonized mycelium is normal.
