advice about law anyone?

my friend who was arrested in jan for possesion of less then 20 grams of marijuana and possesion of paraphanalia (2 misdomeners)

violeted his probation by getting a second degree felony of burglary and getting charged as an adult

but nothing was stolen out of the house, so shouldnt it be breakin a entry?

hes 17 and took place in florida

what are his chances of him going to jail or prison

Breaking probation is something you don't want to do, if you're looking to avoid jail.

Heck, maybe it'll be good for him. Seems like chicks dig that stuff.
