storeing packed jars in frig?????????????????

hey all, i usally pac -n- pc my jars all at once, i packed 2 and a half cases of jars,(brf,flax,quiona,wwf,drf,verm,water mix)a mixture of all of these in each jar wekz great ,belive me they like it,it is one healthy substrate at least for cubies i have found........any ways i am tired from surfing and fishing all day....so can i put the cases of jars not pc'd yet in the fridge and pc them tommorow........................another werds will the substrate keep in the fridge till tommorow...........thanks shroomsters.........sorry so long............

You might want to let them come up to room temp before you start cooking them. Drastic heat changes could burst your jars. :peace:

Just a tip on preparing substrate.

I usually prepare at least 16 jars at a time, mainly because that many fits in my pressure cooker perfectly.

Anyways I bought a electric cake mixer thing at K-mart for literally 5 dollars.

I just do the math on how the substrate is to be mixed. 2:1:1 in the brf case

Throw it all in a large bowl and go at it like im mixing cake mix.
Saves a hell of a lot of time.

where you from bro? im in FL and right now the waves are just eh
u can leave it out of the fridge if you want, it most likely wont contam in one day, i did it before for 2 days
