BEST way to germinate Bridgesii and Peruvian torch seeds

Would the best way be to put them in a wet paper towle inside a bag in the sun liek how i do my marijuana seeds?

I have had problems germinating seeds of all kinds in a paper towel, from weed to ginseng. They work, but the best I have found are those little jiffy discs. they are compressed into little circular discs, you hydrate them into a small tube shape of peat/soil wrapped in a net. Then you just press the seed in. Since it's a cactus it probably would enjoy the warmth from sun.

I have seed trays like that can hold 100-300+ seeds i think ill put them in that and put it outside, i have 22 pot seeds in it, ill jstu add more soil and put the seeds in that, how long shold it take to sprout?

just sprinkle your seeds on the top of whatever dirt you intend to germinate them in. lightly mist them into the surface of the dirt and keep tham in a humid environment. make sure you give it air exchanges, as you can get mold and whatnot to grow on your dirt/seedlings.
