How are they going? I just started some Peruvianus and Pachanoi and some other seed about a week ago, some signs of growth coming in just today A photo update would be cool so I can see how much I can expect em to grow. Thanks!

Hey...lookin good! They nearly look like peruvian torches! What are you growing them under? Daylight? Or electric? They seem to be growing a little slowly...but I have never grown em from seed before (have some on the way now) so maybe I just have a faster image in my head of how fast they grow...I would have thought they would be getting fatter by now. Maybe its cause it is goin into winter where you are now?

Day light.
There has not been much sun light recently and I have stopped their regular watering for the winter. I am not expecting more growth until spring.

lookin good now man. do you always case with gravel that size? can't think of any reason not to, just curious, as i use much smaller, though i do use rounded (learned that after getting root rot at about 4 months through abrasions caused by sharp gravel)

They are hydroleca (lightweight clay aggregate)... the only thing I had at the time.
Not sure if there is any benefit for using hydroleca for cacti belonged its insulating properties. I will be using finer gravel next time.
