The Black Keys (blues fans, enter here!)

The Black Keys are Dan Auerbach (on guitar and vocals) and Patrick Carney (on drums), two young white men from Akron, Ohio playing a brand of blues that sounds like it hails from the deep black south. Put a picture of Auerbach up and listen to his voice and it sounds kind of unreal. These guys are the real deal, they sound fucking fantastic, and create a lot of sound between simply a guitar, a drum set, and Auerbach's voice.

here's the first track off of their album Thickfreakness, and it goes by the same name.
