suffering from the nice-guy syndrome? get nervous when approaching attractive women? I've noticed alot of guys here at the shroomery bring up this subject and ask for advice. well, here's everything you need to know and do.

That guy does a weekly segment for askmen.com that's pretty good. He goes through some of his advice and answers questions people send in. His advice is pretty dead on providing little excercises to ease any tension you've got and build confidence with women. It's overall sound advice that helps dealing with any woman, whether for a date or just a chick you've gotta deal with.
