its not bad, wouldnt really help or hurt once in the fruiting stage the only reason it would be good is to ensure straight fruits if the lights where directly above but 24 hours is not needed at all... a few hours of just indirect light a day is plenty the rule of thumb is if you can see the cakes/casing your ok.

it does raise the temp. usually in most setups, watch for that.
