SporeWorks Question

Hi there...I'm a new poster (though I've been lurking for some time now). Anyway, here's my question: my friend ordered some syringes from SporeWorks. He sent the order in on Feb. 13th (cash through the mail), and received an e-mail from SporeWorks a week later (Feb. 20) saying they got the order and it would be shipped within 48 hrs. He has still not received the syringes, and when he e-mailed SporeWorks a couple days ago, he got no reply. Should he be concerned?

Thanks a bunch. This is NOT intended to flame SporeWorks in any way. My friend is just a bit worried...

I've sent a couple of emails to their customer service address too. I am still awaiting a response.

I did have to wait an extra long time for my shipment. It turns out it was not sent to UPS right away, even though there was a tracking number. In this case, though, SporeWorks responded very quickly to my inquiries (within a few hours).

Anyone know if these guys are backed up or something?

I think they must be held up or something at the moment......I've sent a few emails and a pm over the past couple of weeks, but nothing so far......

The Spore Works is moving into its new office and the phone lines were not operating since Monday. Things should stabilized in the next few days and PM's, emails and other computer related comminications will be replied to shortly. Orders may be delayed a few days. We regret any inconvenience.

Okay, thanks everyone for the replies. SporeWorks contacted my friend...apparently his package just got lost in the mail or something. Anyway, they are sending him a replacement right away. My friend is very pleased, needless to say. Thank you, SporeWorks!
