Actually 14 days is a very long time to wait for items in stock. 2-3 days minus shipping is what's advertised. I understand that technical/shipping issues were problems recently, but you can't just leave people hanging for 2 weeks. At least send an email and don't make people track you down for a status on their order.

I've ordered from Sporeworks twice now and there won't be a third.

Am I the only one that finds this strange, 2 users in this thread that say negetive things about one of the more highly regarded vendors have a grand total of 16 posts between both of them..

I orders a pair of shoes from vans.com month ago, shoe was in stock, but it took two month to get here. No biggie, my prother just orderd a pair two weeks ago and got them yesterday. I'm sorry that evereything cant go your way, but you gotta keep in mind nothing remains constant, and if it did that itself would be an inconsistancy give em a PM and wait another week.

As far as going through your CC company to cancel the order, i doubt youll have very much luck. Most CC require minimum of 350$ orders before the'll step in.

If you email them and tell them how you feel I'm sure they will more then make it worth your while.I've ordered from them twice and the first time there was a small delay,but since I kept the lines of communication opened they gave me an extra myco bag and a syringe of penis envy for free.Say what you will but they have a loyal customer for life.Sporeworks 2 mother fucking thumbs up!

i gaurentee the wait will be worth it! When they were haveing their technical difficulties they shipped mine 3 weeks late! Well in return i got 3 free sryinges and i only ordered 1!

I have had good service and products from Sporeworks and will not hesitate ordering more....soon....
from them. Workman is a very concerned vendor and person as best I can tell.
There is no instant gratification in this adventure ...so get used to being patient or you may never see the fruits of your experiences..

i think the guys at sporeworks rock. they forgot one syringe in my order of 2 syringes and four myco bags. well after i e mailed them they responded within hours and resent me the whole order again w/ everything i ordered

How about I add another NEGATIVE reply. I have ben waiting on my order for over 2 weeks. I find out today IT WAS SHIPPED TO PORTLAND OREGON!!! Wrong FUCKING coast. I have written customer service 3 times in the last 4 days and havent recieved a response from them. And my order was priority mail and they sent it UPS ground. They have consistently fucked this up.

i've heard good things about sporeworks so that is why i ordered from them anyway. 2-3 weeks is a long time to wait for something that is instock and stated on your email reciept......"Typically most orders are shipped from our facility within 2-3 days of order receipt". But the best thing to do is be patient and you should get your order.

I just spoke to a UPS representative in customer service 10 minutes ago. The package that has the tracking number that was sent in my email confirmation is not mine. She was able to see the address and name on the package. They are not mine. The Tracking number I was sent belongs to someone else's package. Apparently I do not have a package...
Yes I have tried to email sporeworks customer service repeatedly for the past couple of days. For the first week I recieved very helpful emails from Robert at sporeworks. Now I am recieving nothing except this email. my name was obviously taken out.

" According to the tracking number on this package, it is not located in
Portland, OR and is attempting delivery. The address you provided for us is
in IN. Did UPS give you any reason why your package is being shipping in OR
and not IN?

I'm not certain if your replacement package was mailed yet or not, however
I'm pretty sure it went out in Friday's mail, or at the latest on Monday.
This should put it in to your address within the next few days.

I'm not sure if we attached a shipping tracking number to this replacement
package (as it was likely sent by US Mail rather than UPS Ground).

Take care and keep us updated because we want to make absolutely certain
you receive the goodies you have paid for.

Although somewhat helpful, this email is marred by the fact that this tracking number isnt mine. The UPS rep was able to tell me a NAME and ADDRESS of the location it was attempted at. It was tried twice. I do have the info but will not write it since that person probably wants anonymity also. The lady asked if I wanted it redirected to my address but I declined since I didnt even know if this was my package. Then you would have 2 angry customers since I would get their order. I have already stated in my email to sporeworks customer service what to do about this situation. I will post again when I get a proper response.

damn, thats the shittyest thing i have heard about my boyz at sporeworks. if you're even telling the truth! If they did do you wrong man, don't worry, they'll make it up to you. sporeworks is VERY reputable and are a bunch of honest guys. Id blame the postal people if i was you. they probably fucked it up.

sporeworks is a reputable place just like some other ones out there. As for UPS...... hahah i worked at OOPS once..... and they can loose things and break things and send stuff on the wrong trucks 1000?s miles away in a heart beat. but most of the time the still do a good job. it is just sometimes sh*t happens.

Yeah, ElectricGnome has a good point. I know when Myco Supply has sent packages out, the tracking number are in a consecutive order. Usually the last digit is the changing/factoring number.

Maybe sporeworks gave the wrong number?

Hey Lana Why didnt you order me to get spores from your link.

Still no sign of my package. No word from sporeworks. my tracking number still shows SOMEONES package 2nd attempt receiver unavailalbe in OREGON. To whomever suggested "if you are even telling the truth" I will PM lana the tracking number of the package. She is an outside party whom many here respest. If she desires, she can go to UPS tracking site and look at the package in oregon. Then you can look at my little location and see it says padded room in Indiana. Oregon and Indiana are a couple of miles apart. like 2000 of them.

On the bright side, the first time I contacted sporeworks cust service they offered me one free spore syringe for the mixup. it arrived today first class mail.

I am not here to rip off a company for a few bucks. if you see any of my other posts you know Im not a stooge or a puppet as you guys refer to them. Check my posts in the security forum. I am here to better the community and myself. I just want my spores. I wanted to have them 2 weeks ago so I could uh... look at them in a microscope and shit. now my friend who is visiting from down south wont be able to look at them.. in the microscope with me. and we were really hoping to uh.. you know... microscopy them together. Now he will have to microscopy them by himself all the way down in FL.

I am not trying to make sporeworks out to be bad guys. I imagine they are like me and just fucking lazy. BUT I did pay them money to ship me a product. I havent recieved the product. I should not have to track this shit. It is the companies responsibility to its customers to deliver the promised products and or services. That is how business works.

Just get me my package dammit. then I will stop bitching. I wasn't even going to mention it on this forum but after being given the runaround I had to take action. There are far to many sheep in this world. I however am not one. I do not lay down for any one. Do not play me for a fool or a complacent good little citizen. I am neither. The post about the address mistake being UPS's fault is CRAP. I was given the WRONG TRACKING NUMBER. Yes UPS is slow and they have a horrible record with me but lets give them credit. They delivered the package to the ADDRESS that is on the package. Meanwhile my package apparently doesnt exist.

If Sporeworks has to send another order to me FINE. they can eat the cost of a duplicate floating in the UPS package stream. The price of a duplicate order besing sent out is almost nil compared to the cost that bad press about your company will amount to in lost revenue. But I still havent heard from them.

i was having the same problem as you, except with a less reputable site. they gave me my refund via funds i cannot really use. (paypal ick!). my plans are mangled and my hopes crushed for the fourth.

Here is the update to my situation. I finally recieved my package on july 10th. the package was post dated on July 8th. the PO took 2 days to get me the package. Now remember I placed the order on June 3rd. so it took roughly 5 weeks to get my order. To be fair I did get some free syringes (roughly doubled my original order) and Robert in customer service was very helpful.
I still am iffy about the company though. They need to keep better track of packages and orders once they reach the shipping department. I know that this may be a big job once in a while but that is what business is about. If you do not serve your customers needs, some other company will. Once again I want to thank Robert and Psilocyber for all the help. Whether I will use sporeworks again is still in doubt but that is just my opinion. I am sure a hundred other customers will say that sporeworks is a great company.
So my grade is Sporeworks:
Shipping: D-
Customer service: A+
Average: C
