10 Days of Slow Growth - WTF?

Hi!
My PF cakes pinned 10 days ago.  There was some  question about RH , but I think I've resolved that, and I have over 95% RH.  These original pins are between 30mm and 40 mm now.  None of them have opened up to sporulate, nor are they aborting (or even abhorting :smile:). They are DECed, and the verm is quite moist.
I don't know what to do!  Should I harvest these slow ones and hope for a better second flush, or what?  I wish I could supply pix, but I don't have a camera - maybe I'll try to borrow one, but I don't know if that would be any help anyway.  Regardless, I am panicking.  What should I do?

keep fanning/misting
if nothing happens in about 7 days(or if they start to look funny, whichever happens first) then pick them all, dunk, and put 'em back

Are the caps white with the unbroken universal viel? Or are the caps redish with white dots (the broken veil)?
I had an area do this once on a bulk sub, I ended up picking them and the area never recovered. Since it was bulk, it didnt affect my yield much :wink:
They*re not as potenet as aborts, either.

Yes, the caps are dark to light rust brown, depending on age. The veil isn't showing yet, in most cases. They are growing, and look normal, but the growth rate is abnormally slow. Also, many pins continue to develope, but all at a snail's pace.
