Move to West Coast? What should I do?

I live in a shitty midwestern assfuck small bullshit town and go to a shitkicker backwards heated-by-coal university only fifty miles from where I was born. I play music but there is no music scene around here anywhere. Nobody intelligent or interesting anywhere. This is a land whose religion is football and basketball. I feel alienated from my family and most of my friends from high school moved away. Since breaking up with my gf of 5 years, I have no ties to this place. I'm thinking of moving to the West Coast as soon as I get my college degree, probably Portland.

Get the degree and check out the west coast, find somewhere you like and move there.

i know you wanna go to the westcoast, i used to live there, wouldnt live anywhere else.. but im forced to live in miami. and dont even consider miami or florida. well if your really into drugs you'd probably love sarasota heh

i really liked portland when i was there. you will have a hard time finding a cooler mountain then hood... that whole area is sweet.
