In life, If a Judge was unjust in his judgements (knowingly), would it be unfair for God to be unjust in his judgement on the unjust judge? like say send him to hell forever, for God was judging the judge by his own stadards of unjust judgement?

"I traveled a long way seeking God, but when I finally gave up and turned back, there He was, within me! O Lalli! Now why do you wander like a beggar? Make some effort, and He will grant you a vision of Himself in the form of bliss in your heart." -the saint of the Kashmir Shaivism tradition: Lalli.

If the judge was knowingly unjust, would it be unjust by "God" or whatever higher judge to give him the punishment he deserves? Would forgiveness not be the greater injustice for the pain the judge caused knowingly and by his own will?

He had the power to decide over many human lives. And he destroyed these lives. So who would act kind to this man? Let him go without regret? That would be even more injustice for the victims of the judge...

judges are people too
excitable
consolable
often governed by national or regional directives - i.e. minimum sentencing is now mandatory in Canada,
and until that is repealed, the discretion and intelligence of Judges is reduced to interpretation of a national script.
we need to judge our own actions
and we need to be fair.
that is the best example. the rest is mostly out of our hands.
some judges are good cooks - i am looking forward to dinner tonite.
