yeah im rooting for jeter/ posada.. only because i need them to do sweet for my fantasy league.. however id be quite pleased if they lost ever night like.. 8-9

hmm ive only became a true baseball fan this year.. but i really enjoy watching toronto play.. and being from ohio i root for the Reds.. but i wouldnt say i have a favorite team.. just teams i enjoy watching more than others..

i like watching the red sox play also

Since you're in the NEast I won't recommend the Angels to watch but as a new fan Toronto and Cleveland are both gonna be fun. Yanks and White Sox are good too but they are elites already and it's much more fun to catch the wagon early.

Man, I grew up in ATL. Always will be a braves fan. The first games I ever went to were braves games. I hated yankees always too. Those richie bitches.

I'm a huge Braves fan as well. I dont like the Yanks either. It's strange how such an highly paid team can struggle. If the players where worth the money...

i dont think its a matter of individual talent.. i really dont know what it is.. all the players do great when on different teams.. like i thought giambi was much better as an A.. Randy Johnson much better with whoever he played with before (Marlins i think, im not a huge baseball fan remember).. A Rod, well hes amazing no matter what..

i just hate how yankees go out and buy the best players off teams to make thier own better.. like seriously.. get some home-grown talent.

randy was on the marlins for a few yrs along time ago.. then was on the d'backs for most of his carrer.. remember , he won the world series in 2001 with schilling.. then threw a perfect game in 04...  yea id say he definately went downhill since becoming a yank :wink:

The money gets you one thing, into the playoffs. After that, it's a crap shoot.

A) Last time I was in New York, I wore a shirt that said "Real Women Don't Date Yankee Fans", that was at the Saint Patricks Day parade in Staten Island. Last time I was at Yankee Stadium, I wore a shirt that says "Yankees Fans Suck", and shows a guy in a stained wife beater, cheesy gold jewelry, and a piece of pizza. No balls? Please. You've never met me, ask someone who has.

B) I think Jeter is hideous. Believe it or not, there ARE women who don't like the pretty boy look.
