ive got a Yamaha FZR 600 1993' style.
over here in Asia theyve got the small ones, im gonna pick up a FZR 150. [ biggest one they have ] apparently 150cc was the legal size limit for a long time , but now i guess they just changed it and i saw a BMW 1100s sportbike on the street w/ those ugly ass horizontally opposed cylinders that look like theyd scrape the pavement on every corner. thats just ridiculously huge bike for these streets and compared to a 150 too.

I've got my ol GS500

I'm lookin to upgrade to a SV650 maybe.
A full out 600R sportbike would be too much on the insurance for me... so a couple more years till I get one :P Fuckers sure are fun though

They certainly are I rode one of my friends a few years ago. Im used to dirt bikes and kinda opened the throttle a bit too quick and nearly flipped it. The acceleration and pickup on the triumphs and alot of other similar powered bikes are unbelievable.

im not so pro american but when it comes to cars and motorcycles im all for america i dont like rice cookers at all, if your gonna ride a bike it has to be a lowrider and chrome all over the place and a back tire wider than your ass, i want to build my own motorcycles one of these days i can afford it. for now i just drive around in my american made mustang ht 68 car

I disagree.
italian > all
Performance wise jap bikes own everything else atleast on the production bikes level. But even in design i think the French PWN3D Italians with this.

It's a 2003 Suzuki GS500
I purchased it brand new for $5300 canadian (there was a special offer Suzuki was giving for one month)
Insurance for me is about $1300 a year... though it should be going down because I've been riding for 3 years (20 year old male, M2 license)
If I do decide to sell it, I'm hoping to get $3800-4000 (13,800km on it)
And to contribute to the debate in this thread. I will have to take the Japanese side. They do make the best motorcycles.
Anyone seen the new ZX-14? Fuckin eh! Just when you thought a Hayabusa was fast enough.. they release this!
