whack...i hope he's inocent, but i also hope that if she did get raped the person is caught.


this EXACT same thing happened here last year. 2 guys do a b&e and one guy rapes teh 80+ year old lady. one of them new her too. thats kind of eary.

Last I heard his family was still helping him fight the charges at trial, and my friend had gotten out of jail on bail or something.

His whole family is really taking the hits these past few years. The legal fees have almost bankrupted the family - his dad had to sell off all his cars and some of his property, I think. I also found out a while back that his mother was just diagnosed with lung-cancer and may not make it :frown:
