Terrarium PROBLEM!!

Ok. Like many threads ive posted before, I have a real cold space. Round 65 avg temp in my room. Im trying to get a good fruiting chamber goin. Have a 20'ish gallon rubbermaid, have 2 50w aquarium heaters to keep it warm and does the job. Th e problem is humidity. With casings I need 85-90% RH right? I Opened the jars for moisture but they emit so much moisture tha it goes up to 99%!! If i keep the heaters shut they emit no moisture what so ever, and the RH goes to 65'ish.
I also have an airpump for air exchange. It doesnt lower the RH enough for casings. Even with it on 24/7 with the aquarium heater jars open, the RH is still 95-99.
So what I did today is put 2 holes with filter patches over them with perilte in my terrarium. Doest look to great. I think ill put 2 more holes so that the humidity goes lower, cuz the humidity is stil at 94%
Am i being too cautious? What would you do with a cooler enviroment? Let me know. Big prob for me.
If u need more details that ive forgot to incude let me know.

My room was converted from a garage into a room quite a while ago, of course they forgot to include any type of extra insulation. It gets quite cold in here in the winter. From the description, I have about the same rubermaid container, and what ive found to work best is perlite and h2o2/water with a sunbeam three setting heat pad. On the highest setting it keeps the temperature at around 80 +-5 with by the looks of it 85% - 90%

why not just poke a small hole in the jar's cap? or maybe a couple holes...

I would question your hygrometers accuracy. If in fact your humidity is too high, I would place foil over the openings on your jars. You can adjust the ammount of foil covering the openings to your jars therefore moderating your humidity levels.
