Finger Millet as Substrate

In Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World, Paul Stamets notes that "raising tryptamine concentrations" directly affected potency. So it got me thinking, what is the grain with the highest tryptamine content? A quick search on the net reveals "finger millet" as having a high concentration of tryptophan, the precursor of tryptamine.

So I checked the forums for any mention of "finger millet" and I found none. Does anyone recall ever experimenting with this grain?

Is it reasonable to assume that the tryptophan in the finger millet would be converted to tryptamine during the growth process?

I've never heard of it but I imagine I could probably find it in a local whole food store.
