store bought cow manure: a few questions

found a 40lb bag of composted cow manure at farm and fleet. it is grade 0.5-0.5-0.5. 0.5% nitrogen, 0.5% phosphoric acid, 0.5% potash. not really sure what that means- but anyway. can i mix up some of this in a quart jar and pasturize it and then inocculate with a spore syringe? what formula would i use? i have read that it is beneficial to add some straw or timothy hay or vermiculite to the manure to help the consistency- which is best to use and how much should i use? most posts that i have read talk about boiling the manure in a pillow case and then mixing it with colonized grains or cakes. that would be fine also- but i don't know if the manure will work yet. i want to try it out in a jar like this and see if it will colonize at all. any advice about this would be very helpful. thanks for all replies.

I found if you call feed stores of farmer supply stores and ask for sterlized cow poo they will have it already prepared for you so you don't have to go to the trouble here in AR it goes for about 3 bucks for a 50 pound bag. hope this helps
