What Music are you listning to at the moment.
    #5450326 -

I am listening to Grace Slick, with Paul Kantner, Marty Balin, David Crosby, Jaery Garcia, and Jorna Karkonen.

The ALbum is Manhole, made by Slick between the Jefferson Airplanes last Album and the first Blows against the Empire as Jeffereson Starship. The song Theme form Manhole covers oen whole side of the album. It was a documentatry film on Puerto Rican Ghetto life which was never released. The songs are awesom. Grace also sings a tribute song to janis Joplin and two songs song much like the old Airplane beforere they becanme the starc ship.

A good album.

At the moment? Pinback - Fortress.

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.

Recently I've gotten into noise rock

I'm currently obsessed with Lightning Bolt (new album this year, I believe)

Black Dice is next, then The Hospitals, if I can find them
