I have a commercial idea for this place.. I hope you all like it..



Ok imagine if you will three guys sitting  in a room, all on computers. Three average collage types. You know what i mean. It's 12 am.

Larry: Boy it's been a long night of talking to models, and hot women. I am pretty tired from all that hot talking.. You guys know that was really Kate Moss, and she wants the old Larrster to be her sex puppet..

Just an idea that this would be the commercial I'd want to see.. :lol:

This is a great idea, i could come up with allot of things you could do to attract people.

You could have the building 2 parts, one part of adults and coolege kids, the other part a family setting.

Of course the adult part will have alcohol, naked women letting you sample the sauce of there tits.

The family part can have a play pen, and a big screen tv.

Then you can put on promotions like whoever beer bongs the most bbq sauce gets 3 free sammiches. But anyways bbqbeerandboobs is all a man needs to live so maybe you need to set up some hotel rooms in there too.
