How would one go about burning a movie onto a CD (Not a DVD, I don't have a DVD burner and my DVD player only plays .avi's, VCD's, and SVCD's.) that is in .bin format?? I've never had to deal with a movie in binary format. Thanks for the help.

bin's and cue's are able to be burned with most OEM and retail burning software worth it's salt
Get Nero cracked
Or
Use Deepburn (freeware)

Change the ending from .bin to .iso and burn.
Or just grab a .cue file from the internet, paste whatever is in it to a notepad, change part of it to link to the file and change the ending of the cue file to .cue
I prefer the iso way.

Thanks bro. Yeah I've got a cracked version of NERO. However my DVD player will only play .avi's and SVCD and VCD's. The description on the website says the movie is in VCD format (but I wasn't sure if VCD movies are .bin files?) so would I just burn it as a data CD or how would I go about burning it using NERO?
Thanks for the help man, I'm fucking lost here.

it means that the .bin file will burn a VCD, no intervention needed on your part.
You should be able to burn it without the cue file
